Maintenance Repair Agreements (MRA)
MRA's bring together the service capabilities of MAC and offer them
as a menu of options that can be tailored to meet the requirements
of any customer or vehicle fleet. MRA's include Inspection Programmes,
Repair Programmes, Maintenance Plus Programmes and Full Maintenance
Protection Programmes.
What is an MRA
An MRA is an arrangement between MAC Ltd and the customer designed
to pre determine costs and ensure equipment reliability by providing
a planned approach to Heater Air Conditioning System service and
maintenance.
Who should have an MRA
Anyone who runs vehicles of any type with Heating or Air Conditioning
and needs a professional cost effective maintenance programme and
a fixed budget. MRA's can be tailored to suit everyone from a single
vehicle owner, to a large fleet operator.
What do MRA's cover
Agreements are individually tailored to meet your particular needs.
Your agreement can include Inspection, Service, Planned Maintenance
or any combination of our options. MRA's will provide the protection
you need to ensure your maintenance is carried out and, within budget.
What length of agreement is possible
An MRA agreement can be tailored to suit your requirement, the
decision is yours. Should you want to cover your vehicles for only
1 year or 2 years or, for vehicle life it's not a problem. The longer
the agreement the more beneficial it becomes and, the more time
you will have to concentrate on your business.
What are the benefits of an MRA
MRA's can reduce your operating costs by ensuring that all servicing
and maintenance is carried out to a planned schedule. As a result,
fewer costly repairs will be required and your Air Conditioning
systems will be reliable. You won't need to employ trained engineers
or, find a reliable repair company in the middle of summer! You
won't need to purchase and maintain expensive tools and equipment,
or invest in parts stock. What you will be able to do is concentrate
on what you know best, your business.
Do my Air Conditioning systems have to be new
No. The age of the system is to a degree immaterial. However, before
extending a Full Protection Programme, we would need to examine
any service or repair records for the equipment to be covered. In
addition, we would need to inspect and fully service any system,
rectify any defects, and ensure operation was to the equipments
design specification.
What is the cost of an MRA
Different systems have different service and repair costs. Each
company has operating procedures that will affect the final price.
Therefore; each MRA is individually costed to suit, your needs,
Air Conditioning systems, operation and budget. Contact MAC to quote
for your requirement.
Are MRA's affordable
Can you afford not to have an MRA? If the answer is yes, do you
know what Heating and Air Conditioning Service and Repair costs
you incurred last year? In addition to the repair costs are you
aware of the costs for vehicle downtime, loss of use, loss of production,
loss of revenue, the list is not exhaustive and, were those costs
in your budget? If the answer is still yes your obviously in complete
control but, are you sure an MRA will not reduce those costs and
remove the responsibility. Contact MAC and explore the possibilities.
